[Now Minato would have just run at a brisk pace to preserve his stamina, but morbid curiosity has a way of making people look at things they would be accursed to lay eyes upon and he glances back for a split second only to see something that has this for a head lunging at them.

[Ah, the jungle is after Minato for sure... Even Oz doesn't feel quite as bullied by it. Despite being useless with survival, he's actually done pretty well for himself, not having to deal with insane friends or tired Persona. He hasn't even looked back so he isn't yet aware of the True Horror that's chasing them! Why... Why this.
For now, he'll just concentrate on running like the wind, simultaneously making sure that any bird level with him doesn't trip or get squashed. They're cute, okay, he wants them to be safe!!]
