Not much you can do about it, if they think you're in danger. Just what are they? [He's curious to know, if only because Kevin seems like some kind of divine being.]

They could be less intrusive...

[He sighed and looks upward for a moment.]

Demons. They are demons and three of them in particular hover around me a lot. Though I guess Camio isn't troublesome at all. But the other two...

[Demons are pretty familiar to Minato even if his aren't the real deal, so he shows no overt reaction until Camio is mentioned, at which point he's suddenly more alert and curious.]

Camio- you mean Caim, as in the Lesser Key of Solomon? [He's had some of them as Personas, and it's a little more intriguing than usual to hear of actual demons like this existing in someone else's world.]

Yes, though he always called himself Camio, or rather went by his human name. Usually I just refer to him as Headboy though. But yes, he is one of Solomon's demons.

[One of the William's demons too, but that wasn't the point right now.]

You know about the Lesser Key then?

[Head Boy? That sounds a little like my situation in the past...]

It's just a book in my world, but I've used some of the demons named in there- Ose, Decarabia and Orobas to mention a few, but we know of them as Personas.

Oh, you know them too? Well I mean, I have never met those ones before, but you have met demons as well?

[Wow there really was an unfortunately infestation going around, that boys their age were being regularly subjected to this.]

But Personas? Like a mask then.

No, I haven't. [But Minato does pause, thinking it over- what if demons had once existed in his world?]

A Persona comes from within...they take the form of characters from mythology, and I've seen worse than the demons Solomon commanded. [Thankfully he doesn't have to explain Incubus or Mara.]

From within? So is it like some sort of spiritual projection given a more powerful form then.

[Isaac was better about these sort of things.]

Very. [Even explaining something like this is tiring for Minato in his current state and he looks around, like he's finally considering shuffling off to a better place.]

I'm going to look for somewhere to rest...what are you going to do?

[He rises and stretches even thought it's pointless when he can't feel any of his muscles.]

I think I will probably go find Kevin. He is probably going to be agitated by now, especially in his current state.

I'm surprised he hasn't shown up yet. [Minato yawns once, cupping his mouth.] My name's Minato, what's yours?

Well like I said, whatever is going right now, it has not treated him very well.

[It was a bit worrying actually, seeing him in such a state.]

No, I didn't see it. I'll protect the both of you if any of those ghosts come again...if something happened to Patamon before this, it's possible that he's not ready to evolve yet.

That's not...it's not about the ghosts that couldn't make Patamon evolve! It's...

[Mumble mumble] Actually, nevermind. I think maybe it's not a good idea to talk about it. Not when there are a lot of other ghosts and people who are probably sad too.

I know it's not the ghosts that did it, but you're right that there's no time to talk about it. [What he means is that it'd be just as dangerous for Patamon to evolve now considering the effect the ghosts had on everyone's abilities, but without further ado he's leading Takeru as far away from the traffic as possible.]

Do you know of anyone with holy powers? They might be able to help...otherwise the ghosts will just keep coming out from the hole.

[That made the boy ponder a lot while he kept walking away from the traffic. While that didn't stop him from turning his head once in a while to look back, he just mumbled]

...Well...I know my friend, Hikari-chan, has a lot of holy powers. And that she can protect a lot of people since she has the Crest of Light.

But I don't know if there's anyone else here who has. [Pause] It would be really cool to see a bright light and have it be a lightsaber through all of this weird stuff though.

Be a light saber- like a holy sword? [Minato's also trying to think in spite of his headache, but he can't recall of anyone he knows who has strong holy magic.]

That makes me wonder if all the sick people have something to do with light...but I guess there's not much of a point knowing now.

Yeah like a really cool holy sword! Because you know how those light saber works and make those really cool whooshing sounds?

Wouldn't it be really cool if I could do the same too?

[But even then, he really has no idea how to use that said beam of light as a sword. However, that just made Takeru raise an eyebrow]

...Why do you say that?

I guess it'd be, if you could do that. [Minato's looking at Takeru a little strangely after that though, like he's wondering if it's possible.] No reason. Some legends talk about people being able to sense bad omens before they happen, but it's a little too late for that.

Then how about I can show you if that ever happens? I bet it's going to be really cool and you're going to be really jealous!

[But even then, hope boy and his wonderous flying potato weren't even too sure about that. However, until then...?]

Are you saying that maybe I could do something like that too? Because I know Hikari-chan can probably can...or maybe even Rei-san since it sounds like something she would do! You can do ask her!

I promise to be envious of your new powers, Takeru-kun. [No really, this amuses Minato and they could use some humor right now. As for the other bit, though:]

Are you saying Rei-san can sense ghosts? I should talk to her then...there must be someone in this city that can fix the wall, I don't think CERES cares that much about it.

I don't know but she said she is a priestess and they can usually sense ghosts or spirits right? I know that back home, my mom said that whenever someone worked at a temple, they can usually see ghosts and stuff.

So we can ask her whenever everyone is safe though! [Pause] Or whenever we get to see where she is…

[But by this point? Takeru was starting to stumble a little. After the adrenaline of seeing Minato nearly getting killed, everything seems to be crashing down on the poor boy. Hope you don’t mind falling straight to the floor!]

Eh? Takeru-kun! [Minato does mind and he's quick to react, bending swiftly so that he can catch hold of Takeru before he hits the floor.]

Let's find the others first and get some rest, you must be pretty tired.

It's not. The hole's somewhere around the Residential District...most of the ghosts have moved away, but it's not much safer than it is out here.
